Shipping policy
Your SENTALER item will be packaged and sent to you in our branded garment bag (coats, jackets and capes only) and classic gift box, finished with a tied black ribbon, and carefully shipped within a corrugated delivery carton.
The expected shipping date for your item will be listed on its product page and in your shopping cart. Shipment dates vary according to style and size. All purchases are charged at the time of checkout, regardless of their expected shipping date. SENTALER reviews all orders within one to three business days, at which point, the below shipping timelines begin. Once your order has been processed, and the shipping label is generated, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including your tracking number.

Express Shipping
- Canada Priority Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days) - CA $30
- U.S. Priority Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days) - US $50
- International Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days) - CA $50
Express shipping is available for most delivery locations. Should you be eligible, the applicable option can be selected at checkout.
Duties and Taxes
Canadian and U.S. orders do not pay duties. Taxes (if applicable) are charged at checkout.
Prices displayed for the following countries include duties and taxes: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
For the rest of the world, duties and taxes are excluded from the displayed price and will be calculated at checkout.
Note that for a few countries, duties and taxes will be billed separately once the order is on its way.
SENTALER requires a signature upon delivery for all orders. Should there be any discrepancies, damages or shortages, please notify service@sentaler.com upon receipt of your package.
