Sentaler.com accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Online purchases made within Canada will be payable in Canadian Dollars (CAD), while purchases made outside of Canada will be payable in United States Dollars (USD).
Please note that all purchases are charged at the time of checkout, regardless of their expected shipping date. SENTALER reviews all orders within one business day and reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason. In such instance, you will be refunded for your order and notified via email.
For all online orders, SENTALER offers complimentary shipping, duties, and returns. If you are located in Canada, you will be charged the applicable local tax rate. If you are located in the U.S., SENTALER will cover all duties, taxes and fees. If you are located outside of Canada or the U.S., and your country collects a value added tax (“VAT”), you may be responsible for this tax at the time of delivery. SENTALER will cover all duty and shipping costs. Please note that VAT may be applied to the value of our complimentary shipping and duty costs.
If you wish to modify or cancel your placed order, please email us immediately at email@example.com. In an effort to get your item to you as soon as possible, orders may be shipped within the same business day.
Your SENTALER item will be packaged and sent to you in our branded garment bag (coats and capes only) and gift box, finished with a tied black ribbon, and carefully shipped within a corrugated delivery carton.
The expected shipping date for your item will be listed on its product page as well as in your shopping cart. SENTALER reviews all orders within one business day, at which point, the below shipping timelines begin. Once your order has been processed, and the shipping label is generated, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including your tracking number.
SENTALER provides complimentary expedited shipping, with the following timelines:
- Ontario: 1-2 business days
- Rest of Canada: 1-4 business days
- U.S.: 1-4 business days
- International: 2-5 business days
International deliveries may experience longer timelines due to unexpected border delays.
Express shipping is available for most delivery locations. Should you be eligible, the applicable option below can be selected at checkout.

- U.S. - $40 (Overnight service)
- International $50 (Express service)
SENTALER requires a signature upon delivery for all orders. Should there be any discrepancies, damages or shortages, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org upon receipt of your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
All purchases (SENTALER Showroom or Sentaler.com) are eligible for a complimentary return label. To receive a full refund, the purchased item must be unworn and in original condition and packaging, with the original tags attached. Should any of these conditions not be met, SENTALER reserves the right to not refund you for the purchase, and will advise you via email.
For all SENTALER orders, return labels must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase by emailing email@example.com. Once we have received your request, our customer service team will issue your Return Authorization within one to two business days by emailing you a Return Label with shipping instructions. You will then have seven calendar days to drop your return off at your nearest authorized drop-off point. A copy of your purchase receipt may be requested to authorize your return. SENTALER will only accept returns with an authorized label, and may request that you provide proof of receipt from the authorized drop-off point.
Once your returned merchandise has been received at our facility, we will inspect the item to ensure the above return conditions have been met. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation for your refund within one to three business days. Please note that this refund can typically take up to three business days to appear on your billing statement. Should your return not meet one of the conditions mentioned, you will be notified by email.
SENTALER offers complimentary exchanges. Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different SENTALER item, our standard shipping and return policies apply. When requesting your return label, please state your intent to exchange, as well as your new item request.
